The product undergoes a gentle freeze-drying process that preserves the nutrients in their natural and bioactive form ( 1 , 2 , 3 ). It is a source of vitamin A, several B vitamins (including B2, B3, B5 and B12), iron and copper – micronutrients that the body easily absorbs because they are found in their natural matrix, often bound to peptides and co-factors. This form resembles the body’s own structures and makes absorption more efficient. In addition, the minerals in organs are typically found in chelated form – i.e. bound to organic molecules, which further supports high bioavailability and gentle absorption in the intestine.

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, skin, immune system and iron metabolism. Vitamin B12 and riboflavin contribute to the normal function of the nervous system, the formation of red blood cells and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Copper contributes to normal skin pigmentation and to the transport of iron in the body. Serving Instructions

8 capsules once daily or 4 capsules twice daily. Should be taken with a meal. If you choose to take 4 capsules twice daily, it is recommended to spread them over at least two meals to optimize absorption. The reason for the relatively high daily dose is that the capsules are small and contain nutrients in a so-called "food state" - that is, from whole, natural sources. Therefore, a slightly larger amount is required to achieve the desired effect.
