Manganese is an essential trace mineral and a cofactor for the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans (chondroitin sulphateate), and as such is important for musculoskeletal health.

Manganese also contributes to normal energy-yielding  metabolism,  maintenance of normal bones as well as normal functioning of connective tissue and protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Serving Instructions
