Serving Instructions

To activate MAG365, simply mix the powder with water and allow it to fully dissolve before drinking. The temperature of the water will affect how quickly activation occurs: Hot water: activates in about 30 seconds Warm water: activates in approximately 3 minutes Cold water: takes up to 30 minutes to fully activate You’ll know MAG365 is activated when the fizzing stops and the solution becomes mostly clear. Once fully dissolved, it can be added to a complementary beverage of your choice, such as juice, tea, a smoothie, or fruit-infused water. Activation is important because it transforms the magnesium carbonate and citric acid into a highly absorbable ionic magnesium citrate. Failure to complete activation before consumption may result in digestive upset.
