Argentyn 23 Nasal Spray is colloidal silver. Simply put, colloidal silver is a made up of minuscule silver nanoparticles (typical size averages 45nm in diameter which is 5,000 times thinner than a human hair) that are suspended in water. Colloidal silver is produced via two primary methods: physical or chemical. The physical process involves grinding down silver into smaller particulates and then suspending them in water as colloids.
